BlastMan kicks off at a welcome screen. Press Play to dive into the action. Tap Story to catch the game lore. Social icons live on the left side of the screen. A controller icon points to other titles. An info icon reveals the controls. Remember that progress resets once you exit.
On a computer, use A and D or arrow keys to move, W or the up arrow to jump, S or the down arrow to slide and L or X to attack. The game lets you jump and run while firing at foes. Touchscreen players tap arrows at the bottom left to move, slide or leap. A shoot icon near the bottom right handles attacks. At top left, you see bars for health, gems and score. On the top right, buttons mute audio and pause the level.
BlastMan tracks your coin stash and gives one hundred points per coin. Collect three gems to open the exit door and advance. Boxes, elevators, spikes and flamethrowers block your path. You lose health when a trap hits or an enemy strikes. Hearts scattered around restore lost health. Shoot foes to end their attacks. Dive to dodge incoming fire.
